Level 3 First Aid at Work
Module 1: Understanding the Role of a First Aider:

- Gain an understanding of the regulations that govern workplace first aid provision.
Module 2: Assessing an Incident:
- Learn how to assess the scene of an emergency, check for dangers, and determine the appropriate response.
- Understand how to prioritize treatment for multiple casualties.
Module 3: Providing First Aid for a Casualty who is Unresponsive and not Breathing Normally:
- Learn how to perform CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and use an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) effectively.
- Understand how to handle casualties who are unresponsive but breathing, including placing them in the recovery position.
Module 4: Administering First Aid to a Casualty who is Choking:
- Recognize the signs of choking and understand how to provide first aid for a choking casualty using the Heimlich maneuver and other techniques.
Module 5: Dealing with Wounds, Bleeding, and Shock:
